No Refunds or Exchanges

Fairy Buttons damaged during shipment will be replaced, but due to their custom handcrafted nature cannot be refunded or exchanged. Although we do take extra care to package Fairy Buttons, accidents do happen. Please call immediately and keep all packaging materials If a shipment arrives damaged, so that necessary arrangements can be made.

Fairy Button Order Policies

Orders take one to three weeks unless otherwise negotiated...three to four during peak holiday season (October through December).
***No refunds or exchanges.

Buyers are asked to follow unpacking and reshipment instructions closely. Fairies damaged while unpacking are the responsibility of the buyer.

***Custom Requests are available at the artist's discretion and at extra cost.
***Merchandise damaged during shipment will be replaced by Fairy Buttons, no exchanges. Merchandise damaged after shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.
***Custom color requests require samples and cost $3.00 for each fairy.
***Custom fairies which are priced higher, often take longer and must be negotiated with Fairy Buttons.
***Colors will vary slightly.
***Fairy Buttons and Fairy Button designs are copyright protected and may not be duplicated in any manner, electronic or otherwise.
